The process

We make the wedding ceremony process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable.
01Initial Inquiry
Send your date, location and a few details. We check availability and send you everything you need to get started.
02Discovery Call
A quick 15-minute video or phone call to meet, hear your vision, and walk through ceremony options. Think of it as a vibe-check. Nothing to book yet.
03Booking
Once you’re ready, a $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date. You get a confirmation email with your officiant’s contact information.
04Planning
Depending on your package: a ceremony outline with customizable options, vow-writing guidance, help choosing unity ceremonies or readings, and rehearsal coordination.
05Day Of Officiating
Your officiant arrives early to check in, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everything runs smoothly, then leads your ceremony start to finish.
06Paperwork Filing
We file your marriage documents with Alberta Vital Statistics and send a Ceremony Statement with your officiant’s registration number.
